The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. The dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, kitchen appliances, coffee bar, iron & board, hairdryer, linen, towels, toiletries, cookware, board games are available to you. Cabs and UBERs frequent the area and are readily available at your service. In addition, the city trolly and bus stops in front of the building. Free parking is available one block over (space is always available) and metered parking is available directly in front of the building (75 cents ph). Additionally, three parking garages and lots are also within the block for s low as $6 per day. A Peloton bike and printer are available for an additional fee at $25 each per day.
