Enjoy plenty of (optional) natural light, generous space for relaxation or work, and a prime location just steps from restaurants and the city’s best tourist attractions.

Experience the unique charm of our two-loft duplex, featuring The Distiller and The Cardinal. These spacious lofts offer a comfortable stay with 10 Queen beds, one King bed, and a Twin bed. Two fully equipped kitchens provide everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. Perfect for large groups.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may be flexible upon request. Please note that parking is available on the street and also paid parking options nearby (free parking is west of 9th street, $6 per day for the lot directly next to the building, or metered street parking). We kindly ask that you adhere to our no-pets and no-smoking policies.

Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main, and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're also only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. Leaving downtown? The Ninth Street highway exit is one block away.

The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Do many things to do within walking distance. Brooke's hospitality was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. with that said, thank you for a wonderful time and amazing place.

Little miscommunication on both of our ends to start the trip, HOWEVER - Brooke and Albert made sure that we were fully taken care of and the place was great. I had many questions throughout the 5 days we were in Louisville and whether it was a text or a call, they were there to help. Could not recommend a host OR a place to stay more in Louisville! Thank you very much for making our trip amazing!

The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to various attractions and neighborhoods. For those arriving by air, Louisville International Airport (SDF) is approximately a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the street, and there are also paid parking options in the vicinity. This allows you to explore the city with ease, whether you prefer public transit or driving.
