The Belle has three bedrooms with six Queen beds and one Twin & trundle. Thoughtfully arranged furniture defines distinct zones within the space, allowing for both lively gatherings and intimate conversations. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may be flexible upon request. Please note that parking is available on the street and also paid parking options nearby (free parking is west of 9th street, $6 per day for the lot directly next to the building, or metered street parking). We kindly ask that you adhere to our no-pets and no-smoking policies.

The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're also only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. Leaving downtown?
