The Bleu has an open floor plan with one King bed and 2 Queen beds. Thoughtfully arranged furniture defines distinct zones within the space, allowing complete privacy for each sleeping area, while being suitable for both lively gatherings and intimate conversations. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Other Details to Note

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may be flexible upon request. Please note that parking is available on the street and also paid parking options nearby (free parking is west of 9th street, $6 per day for the lot directly next to the building, or metered street parking). We kindly ask that you adhere to our no-pets and no-smoking policies. A Peloton bike and printer are available for an additional fee at $25 each.

Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main, and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're also only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. Leaving downtown? The Ninth Street highway exit is one block away.

Brooke's place was everything as advertised! Beautiful loft space comfortably accommodated four guest. Close to the Louisville slugger museum and other walkable attractions. Host was amazingly responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and again on my next trip to Louisville!

The place was great. Directions were clear and it was as pictured. The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t too far from most things, plus Lyfts were fairly cheap.

This loft was a perfect location for us. So close to the museums we went to, as well as the bourbon tastings. Once we parked the car, we didn’t move it until we checked out. The loft was industrial feeling, yet cozy at the same time. The sofa and love seat were very comfortable. I was afraid that the morning light would wake us up too early because there are only partial curtains, but that was not an issue- the loft faced west, which allowed us to have beautiful sunsets and a lovely view of Louisville.

You'll find several public transportation options nearby, including bus routes that run frequently throughout the city. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to various attractions and neighborhoods. For those arriving by air, Louisville International Airport (SDF) is approximately a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the street, and there are also paid parking options in the vicinity. This allows you to explore the city with ease, whether you prefer public transit or driving.
