Featuring 14-ft ceilings, 7-ft windows, and exposed beams, each loft combines modern comfort with vintage charm. TRBS flexible layouts can accommodate small families and large groups. The Secretariat has two bedrooms with three Queen beds, one King bed, and one Twin & trundel. Thoughtfully arranged furniture defines distinct zones within the space, allowing for both lively gatherings and intimate conversations. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may be flexible upon request. Please note that parking is available on the street and also paid parking options nearby (free parking is west of 9th street, $6 per day for the lot directly next to the building, or metered street parking). We kindly ask that you adhere to our no-pets and no-smoking policies.

Guest manual Check-out details: Please leave our loft clean. To check-out: 1. Please return keycards to lockbox in the rear building entrance. Do not leave keycards with anyone. 2. Please empty trash. Trash room is located at the end of the hallway on our floor. 3. Please place all used bed sheets (not mattress covers), towels and wash clothes on the floor in front of the bathroom to the right of the California King bed. Please do not start washing linen. 4. Please load used dishes in the dishwasher. Please start dishwasher before leaving. 5. Please send a message via Airbnb of your departure. Note: Check-out is at 11 a.m. EST unless otherwise requested and approved. Quiet hours must be observed after 11 pm EST as our loft is a residential unit.

Enjoy the city view in a secure building, located at the start of Bourbon Trail, Museum Row, and just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main, and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're also only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. Leaving downtown? The Ninth Street highway exit is one block away.

Albert is the most gracious host, with some serious connections in Louisville and the bourbon trail. I came down for a barrel pick and a trade tour, and one thing led to another, and I found myself getting to various bourbon drops, VIP tours, etc. just because Albert has great contacts in the area. From various distilleries, the neighboring Louisville Slugger factory/museum/bar, to local restaurants and organizations, I found myself with no shortage of things to do - and always felt like I had an elevated experience in each place I went to. I must say, I felt reinvigorated with this stay. I came expecting to leave with a casual 2-3 bottles; instead, I left with 20 bottles, some of which were major scores that Albert led me to through the VIP tours and guidance on drops. This is the Real Bourbon Street, and for any enthusiasts and casual travelers alike, I highly recommend. Not only will you be comfortable, but you will have the best host and guide I can think of. Can't wait to return!

This was the second time staying at one of Albert’s lofts in the old Snead manufacturing building. It is truly a great location. One block away from Main Street and you can walk to many places within a half hour; Muhammad Ali Center, Yum arena, Louisville Slugger Museum, Bourbon trail, 4th street live, Against the grain brewery, etc. highly recommend visiting Louisville. Thanks for the great stay once again.

Getting around from our downtown loft is a breeze. You'll find several public transportation options nearby, including bus routes that run frequently throughout the city. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to various attractions and neighborhoods. For those arriving by air, Louisville International Airport (SDF) is approximately a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the street, and there are also paid parking options in the vicinity. This allows you to explore the city with ease, whether you prefer public transit or driving.
